It was a meaningless roster move. They wanted to give Olivera the night off before bringing him up to Atlanta today. They moved him to Carolina's roster because Carolina was idle. That let them shuffle Gwinnett's roster how they wanted.

However, I seriously doubt Olivera is ready for major league pitching.
 
Always difficult to grade out the performances of the 2015 draft class, but I really like what Trevor Belicek has accomplished in 2015. 22 years old, so it's good he jumped to Low A for part of this season. I've never read a scouting report on the guy, so it would be interesting to know what he's got.
