I thought it was an overreaction, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if that were it.
 
I just don't understand how JS and Bobby can keep this guy.. Surely, they realize he's not much of an effective in-game coach nor does he lead a solid, well-kept clubhouse. This is why you never hire friends for important positions.
