Agree with the smoking and I'll add another - facial piercings. Anything but a simple ear piercing and we have a problem. Maybe a small stud on the side of the nose, but anything more and I'm immediately turned off.

Agreed! Can't stand anything other than ear piercings and then it better just be no more than a couple and nothing extreme.
