Smoking is not irreversible. Once you do damage to your teeth, gums and lungs it's done. There's no fixing that. You can always have fake boobs removed.

You have damage done with fake titties too. Scarring and the sort. Not to mention I'm fairly sure when they're removed they'll look worse than before.

The gross part of smoking can be alleviated in a few weeks.

Fake breastuses are actually pretty ok. Better than itty bitty breastuses anyways. As long as they're done right.
