If the past 25 years has reinforced anything it is " when they show you who they are, believe them"
 
I dont particularly like Republicans or Democrats. Both are nuts in their own way. MAGA just takes crazy to a whole new level. Neither really understands how to fix the criminal justice system which is a top issue of mine. I would prefer someone who understands the basics of economics if I have to choose between two **** sandwiches.

Look at the Supreme Court for CJ reform.
and what justices are nominated.
It may be an individual lesser of two evils until we (US) get that corrected

Were the Bush/Trump tax cuts an example of basic understanding ?

If anything has come out of the past 25-50years it is that (R)eagan-omics has been an abject failure
It remains to this day the principle (religion, as sturg would say) (R) has followed

you and I agree on an awful lot but here we separate,
I believe the party that views addressing poverty as a means to correcting
criminal justice system as we know it is a very very good starting point
