I’m fine with this, but only if it’s for peanuts.

Not a sexy trade but he's exactly what we need with so much rotation attrition. Probably need another one like him in addition to a better starter.

Adds $24,691.36 to payroll.

(Bowman's story has that number higher, he says he's making $1,000,000 in 2020 - Cot's has him at $800,000.)

If you're adding guys like this, Opener/piggyback situations come into play - and Snitker isn't going to be allowed to manage the pen when the back of the rotation starts...

Tomlin/Erlin/Milone/Wright/Touki/Wilson/Ynoa go through the order one time and then are taken out - the first time Snitker sends them out to see someone a second time - NO MATTER how much they're "cruising" - he's fired.

The way this should've been handled for at least the last two weeks.

Probably marks the end of Dayton's days on the roster - would almost balance-out the money payroll-wise too.

Actually works out pretty well - Milone would be on regular rest if he starts tomorrow. They're in Buffalo right now, so it should be relatively easy for him to get to Boston to meet the team, get tested, and be ready to go tomorrow night if that's the plan.

Kind of guy I was expecting. I was not expecting 2 ptbnl. I know he’s super cheap and that is appealing. But is he worth two 0f anything?
