little low on Acuña, IMO. 4.2? Meh.

edit: they have him at 5.1 on the list but 4.2 on the field view thing...different for Freeman too.
edit: reading is essential:

"One pedantic note for 2020: for the WAR graphic, I’m using FanGraphs’ depth charts playing time, not the playing time ZiPS spits out, so there will be occasional differences in WAR totals."

I guess I would fine with Albies and Acuña being Beltre and Frank Robinson. If you are gonna twist my arm about it.

I feel like if used properly Nick could be solid for us. But I have no faith in Snitker.

I'm not sure he'll have much of a choice. Ozuna and Acuna are going to be locks every game and I'd have Duvall and Ender ahead of Neck in the pecking against left handed pitching.

I'd like to see Inciarte and Nick split time 50/50 against RHP, with Acuna playing CF during Nick starts. Have Duvall and Ender split time against LHP, with Duvall getting ~70% of the share of starts against those guys. Ultimately, I'd like to see their ABs distributed kinda like this:

Ender: 300-350 ABs
Nick: 200-225 ABs
Duvall: 150-175 ABs

If platooned correctly, I think you could get some really solid production out of that 3rd outfield spot.

To be fair I posted this before the Ozuna signing.

I think having two left handed options in the platoon is sort of like having too many different kinds of crappy pie at a fast food restaurant. Maybe you should just have one.

Yeah, maybe. But I do think that limiting their playing time can keep both of them healthy and productive. I also like the fact that they both bring different skillsets to the table. I think Nick could potentially produce an .800+ OPS if he were only facing RHP and I think Ender is going to be much better defensively now that he's had a chance to get healthier. I don't mind the current OF situation

imagine if second half Ender showed up in the first half

Was looking at 2019 ZIPS and man, our bullpen then to now is night and day lol. Like, our 7th and 8th option are good options.
