BREAKING: Shooting reported at Chattanooga State Community College in Tennessee.
 
Local news in Chattanooga just reported that a no-fly zone is about to be put into place over the city.
 
I work here in Chatt so this is pretty scary. One of the shootings reportedly happened about a mile so away from my work.

Nothing confirmed but I'm hearing 4 dead marines and a cop has been shot (no details on whether he was killed or just shot).

Hearing that its likely gang related.
 
Governor's mansion in Nashville on lockdown, both hospitals in Chatt, two universities, government buildings ... again per local news.

Report I just heard says it was 1 shooter and he has been killed. The cop is in stable condition. No update on whether the Marines are dead or if only shot. But at least 1 report I saw quotes an eye witness from a local business nearby as saying military personnel came running out of the bushes and briars screaming "help someone is shooting at us." Hopefully no one was killed (other than the shooter)

Unconfirmed reports are saying the shooter was Arabic, wearing body armor with Arabic writing on his sleeves.

Hmm. All of the reports I've read say that it was a white male.

Again, unconfirmed reports. Updates I am seeing online along with reportedly "eye witness" accounts. I'm sure a lot of the info is 3rd of 4th hand information. Just posting what I've heard/read today.
