Dave O'brien

According to my good friend Wikipedia he was a play-by-play announcer for the Braves in 1990 and 1991. My friend didn't say whether it was radio or TV.
 
"Put on your dancing shoes Atlanta we're going to the WS..." in Pittsburgh in 1991. The quote might be a word or two off, but its close. Said on Braves radio.
