The only drug I use now is caffeine. I had a hell of a time finding a job because of drug testing and it caused me to be homeless for a few weeks.

Eh, just take Roger Goddell out to the swamps of Louisiana and "forget to bring him back". That would probably do Cajun a world of good. Frankly I wouldn't object to that either.

Btw, had a car wreck a couple weeks ago. A Neighbor wants to buy my wrecked BMW so I was cleaning it out.
Found a one hitter hidden under the drivers seat that had been there for 4+ years when I bought it from a previous owner.
Thankfully none of my pull overs in that time had a search go down or I would have caught a charge for something that isn't mine and haven't done in a long time

Idk if they'd all fall into executive orders but I'd start with both an overhaul of how we treat drug issues and an order for Congress to pass bills without sticking pages worth of pork in them. I'd also the big banks to go **** themselves because I'm tired of the corporate socialism we have going on in a lot of cases.

My first EO would be to mandate the FBI coordinate with the NSA to investigate the DEA to arrest and charge anyone who lied, deceived, or obstructed to influence policy to deprive American citizens of their life or liberty. I would authorize the FBI to give immunity to anyone necessary for any crime except rape or murder in exchange for truthful testimony and full cooperation. I would also authorize and mandate that the FBI are to ensure our political integrity by
Second would be to legalize possession of all drugs. Third would to mandate that any right a police officer has the state also has to grant to every citizen. Either we all get qualified immunity or no one does. Ignorance of the law should not be an excuse for those charged with upholding it. Next I would mandate energy independence and leading the world in renewable energy to be a national priority. I would mandate an end to "zero tolerance" in schools for anything but actual weapons. A plastic army man on a birthday cake is not the same as bringing a a gun to school. Mandate that any rape or reported sexual assault on a school campus require calling the police immediately. I would mandate that all non violent drug offenders be released within 90 days and all non violent drug offenders pardoned with the convictions wiped from their record. I would add victims of the war on drugs to the list of people employers can not discriminate against when hiring. I mandate that no tax payer money can be used to settle lawsuits against the police in cases of brutality, wrongful arrest, or denial of constitutional rights that are considered settled law. I would also mandate that no tax payer money can be used to build stadiums for professional sports teams that have revenue in excess of 1 billion dollars a year. Cities can ask fans to pay an optional tax to support building of a new stadium but no one is forced to pay for stadiums of sports teams owned by billionaires. I would sign an EO mandating ranked choice voting in Governor, Congressional, and Presidential elections. I would sign an EO mandating police departments to prioritize preventing and responding to violent crimes like rape, murder, and other violent crimes. I would set a goal for police response time. No longer will cops turn a blind eye to a woman being raped or someone murdering you in your own home because they are busy policing for profit. I would mandate a 10 fold increase in funding for legal immigration but immigration rules would be set at a minimum to be the same as the country they are coming from. So Mexicans own immigration policy is what we will use at a minimum. Same for Canada. Possible exceptions made for countries we do not consider a legitimate democracy. I would mandate that both our Mexican and Canadian border be fully secured by any means necessary that do not violate any American citizens rights.
