I just read this talking about Folty. Basically it says he has pitched poorly and his poor performance has been earned. However his stuff and velocity has improved after his first few starts. He just has command issues and too many hangers.

At one point I thought something might be physically wrong with him but if his stuff and velocity are ok he might be able to find some degree of command and consistency. I have to think he is critical to stabilizing the rotation.

Yeah I think I recall that but I did find it interesting that he seems to be recovering his velocity and movement. Of course he might still be hurt. If he could somehow return to last year’s form it would be huge.
