Here’s the thing, Flaherty already knows he’s going into a utility role, so I don’t understand the risk of upsetting him (as an aside lol) when Camargo is pretty clearly a superior player.

I have liked what Snit’s mostly done this season, but this is by far the strangest. Your value of being a player’s manager is only worth its salt if you can convince players to embrace roles for the sake of the team. Snit is almost too good of a guy at times.

If this is indeed Snit's decision, he isn't a good guy but to 1 guy (flaherty). If he is playing an inferior player, he hurts everyone on the team

Like I said in another thread, I just think Bautista is a decided issue by AA. Makes no sense that snit would declare Bautista the starter/no platoon while Bautista couldn't tread water at AAA and flaherty was killing it at MLB level. If my premise that AA is declaring Bautista the starter is correct, it isn't too much of a stretch to assume AA has his finger on who starts now. Excuse me while I fix my foil hat...
 
With Flaherty on a slide, and Camargo doing a good job PH and in the 1 game he got to start, Snitckers and AA are both dumb not to play him. I don't care who is calling the shot. They need to rethink their position.
 
I'm sure Oz will get a good talking to about that one, but I think we need to let this one slide. That guy hustles more than just about everyone on this team.

Pretty lame he didn't run that one out though.
 
This is why Folty is not a "pitcher" but a thrower. 162 pitches to hitters with 2 strikes this season so far. That's to 101 batters. Folty also leads the MLB with more pitches to hitters than any other qualified pitcher.
