This will be Culberson's 1st start at SS in 2019 despite grading out very well at the position in a small sample so far in his career.

Camargo has graded out as average or worse over there in an equally small sample.

We know Culberson is much faster than Camargo, so it stands to reason his range at SS should also be superior.

The insistence on running Camargo out to SS over and over while Swanson is out is a bit baffling, to say the least. Just another example of Snit not quite understanding how to use the tools AA gave him.

Just means over the last 20 it's not just imagination we have tread water or reverted back to April. After the headcase gets his ass handed to him tonight it will be a little worse. When we step up in class it shows and not in a good way.

There's a couple things going for us. The slowdown hasn't resulted in a loss in the standings, and the schedule gets much easier after the Twins. There's only 3 games left against winning teams outside the division (against LA). We get 7 vs. Mia, and 9 vs. Tor, KC, and CHW.

Beware the Metropolitans.

It's probably the team I'm most worried about. They put all their chips in and are hitting on red right now.

Teams are never as bad as they look when they're playing poorly and never as good as they look when everything is going their way. The Mutts are playing way over their heads right now. They'll hit a 2-7 skid at some point dashing their hopes.

Just long enough for them to decide to keep Mickey Callaway again for next year.

Hoping Phillies fight til the end so they can keep Kapler.

How are the nationals doing?

Snits escapes and Cy doesn't get to whaler in his blood.

"If Camargo is starting at SS tomorrow, I’m going to stab Snitker to death and play around in his blood."
