Poor Fredi, if he is going to get the inevitable hammer, I would've preferred he get the axe today with Wren.

Sucks to see him out there in the dugout with his future hanging in the balance.

Say what you want about his managerial skills, but he's a likable guy and is definitely a player's manager like Bobby. He probably didn't command the respect that Bobby did, but how many managers can really say that in the bigs right now or ever?
