I think Olson is gonna go off this year. He’s gonna be comfortable in his new location after a year and I really think he refound his swing at the end of the year. Big year

I can’t wait to analyze which hitters benefited most from the shift ban a couple months into the season.

The more fun thing to analyze is how spray charts change per hitter based on percentage shifted on the past three years.

Harris looked pretty good there vs a tough LHP. If he can improve that awful .643 OPS vs them to something closer to .750 it will be huge.

That is why I wouldn’t platoon him until we know kid is still too young. I like the idea of 10 or so games off. But I think everyone should be that at a min.

Give Olson the 34 point bump in BA on grounders the league saw between shifted and standard defense, and his 178 grounders would have produced 6 more singles.

I’m not sure that’s the type of improvements folks are expecting. Hopefully we see something like 100 point bump in BA on grounders for some hitters.
