Bethancourt has to be a DL move, Schlosser was already designated the 26th man and rules dictate that can't change between games, so that means Bethancourt has to be taking someone's spot, my guess would be Gattis to DL

Yes, it's already been announced the Schlosser was the designated 26th guy, just confirmed that on the radio as well. So Bethancourt is taking someone's spot on the 25-man roster.

Options 1 and 4 are the most likely in my opinion. However, the fact, that no move has been officially announced yet is curious.

Plus the roster move would have been announced already. The fact, they're waiting makes me think, they are testing Gattis before making a decision, and if he doesn't need a DL stint, maybe a pitcher does go down.

There are a number of possibilities. Jaime and Simmons have options. Or they could move a player through other means.
