Rght-hander Alec Grosser, who in past years has been ranked among Atlanta's top 30 prospects, has been sent to the Los Angeles Dodgers to complete the earlier trade involving Bud Norris.

Grosser, the Braves' 11th-round pick in 2013, was elevated to prospect status after posting a 2.15 ERA for their Gulf Coast League team after signing. He was 4-3, 3.68 for Danville in 2014, but backslid after getting rocked to the tune of an 8.20 ERA at Rome in 2015.

This year, he'd been held back in extended spring, then gave up seven runs in 3.1 innings in three appearances for Danville.
