Guess the date a new CBA is announced

When do you believe the new collective bargaining agreement will be announced.

I hope it is a lot sooner but my guess is Monday, April 11th.

General sentiment is the agreement must be signed by the beginning of March to allow for a shortened ST and starting the season on time. I predict nobody in the industry is stupid enough to lose real games over this, and the deal is agreed to on March 2.

It may be officially signed, sealed and delivered a few days after, but the agreement will be reached and players will be in ST early enough to have a full 2022. None of these gaps seem large enough to risk the health of the sport, and hopefully both sides are smart enough to see that.
