both actually are quite important economically

i doubt there will be a massive deportation of illegal immigrants even if the GOP wins big this fall

and the reason is that small businesses (whose owners are a favored constituency of the GOP and in many cases quite Trumpy) are too dependent on them...there will be howls when all those small businesses face the prospect of losing a big chunk of their workforce...when rhetoric meets reality it won't be reality making the adjustment

Those small businesses were doing fine before Biden opened up the doors to the third world hordes.

We have never seen such open discussion amongst even moderates to deport illegals. This is in Europe too.

They are all going home.
