As someone who fully supports an individual’s right to transition, I perhaps surprisingly think this is fine, if not outright good. If someone is expressing concern over an operation, they should not simply hear a chorus of people affirming that they should go through with the surgery. As long as this person isn’t using her time to attack or harm members of a vulnerable community, I think it’s probably good to have the voice of someone who had a bad experience in the group to talk to those that aren’t sure about proceeding.
