Nope.

His crimes re January 6 fall under seditious conspiracy (which mostly took place beforehand) and dereliction of duty. Also suborning election fraud, especially in Georgia.

For an incitement case to hold up I think there has to be more evidence than currently exists that he directed groups like Proud Boys and Oath Keepers to breach the Capitol. They certainly thought they were acting at his behest, but there needs to be more evidence that he took specific steps to incite their actions. It can't be a general call to fight for their rights. That kind of rhetoric is pretty standard. From Winston Churchill to George Wallace.

You guys are pretty thirsty to see a trash can set on fire. Hope you get your wish. That way you can work your magic to discredit the overwhelming number of demonstrators who are simply exercising their rights to protest and express themselves on an issue they care about. It's a script I'm somewhat familiar with.

You can avert your gaze and then throw a fit about people walking around the capitol but.nobody listens to your people anymore..m too much credibly gone... Wrong on too many issues... The academic experts are.rightfully seen as the jokes they are

i deplore violence and crimes against property committed in the name of all agendas

however, i will not tar the vast majority of peaceful protesters out there because of the misdeeds of a few
