Well my original name I wanted was "Smoke Sessions" in reference to Jefferson Sessions and everyone hates him. I dont have a problem with MAGA customers. In fact I want them because the TX state Republicans want to ban THCA. Also my whole family is MAGA. My aunt made a cool 250k printing Trump shirts. She is deep down the rabbit hole. Like McDonalds serves human meat deep.

And the Governor vetod the bill 10 minutes before the deadline.! People said I was crazy opening a store 6 months before it would be shut down. I told people there is no putting this genie back in the bottle. The fearmongering only works if its not already legal. Thats why they fought so hard to keep a lid on it. Once its legal and people dont see any negative changes they tell these wacko politicians to take a hike. I told people I bet on greed. This is an 8 billion dollar industry. Its nothing to them to drop millions in bribes....er I mean campaign donations to keep the money faucet going. I am personally making out like a bandit.

Trump reportedly working on reclassifying Marijuana to schedule 3. I dont know why anyone would ever vote for a Democrat. They are useless, spineless, pieces of garbage, I said it way back in the 2020 primaries that Biden was not gonna do shit except virtue signal and I was right. Instead of taking the majority in Congress to do what even half of Republicans wanted he pretended like he had to go through some arbitrary process. The process already happened in the 80's and the DEA just ignored it. Congress can change the classification of any drug on the CSA with legislation at any time. I also believe he could do it via Executive Order because the CSA has a list of qualifications for each schedule of which Marijuana does not even remotely fit in. One example is Schedule 1 drugs can have no medicinal purpose. Which is contradicted by the federal governments own Medical Marijuana program which it didnt set up out of the kindness of their own heart, they did it because they lose prosecutions over people proving they had a medical necessity for it. There might be a lawsuit challenging the EO and I dont know exactly how that would go but I think as the Chief Law Enforcement Officer the President would have the authority to make that call.

Gaping asshole Dan Patrick admits defeat. Prohibition will not pass! I BET IT ALL ON GREED AND I WON! Even if they managed to pass it next year it wouldnt go into effect until Sep 1 2026. I got atleast a year. I might even have to hire a CPA because every penny I can avoid is a victory to me. I would hire a CPA for 2k if it meant paying 1k less to the government. Institute for Justice and Doctors without borders gonna get some good sized checks from me.
 
My store got robbed. They got away with roughly 5k. Fortunately my inventory is super low because suppliers were worried they would get stuck with the product if the Prohibition bill passed. And I know who was involved. It was 1 of my 4 employees. Specifically a black kid named Leon. The robbers were 3 black males, and Leon had 3 friends come by the store his first day on the job. Their builds are the same. One was pretty thick and 2 others were real skinny. But they had the same shoes on. They think I am that fucking stupid.
