Yes bc its really common for one person at an arranged dinner to be in a t shirt and hat and the other a suit (in a nice place it seems).

This is obviously not the case.

As with most of these, its a passer by and they say "Hey mind if i snap a selfie?" and it happens and everyone moves on. Not everyone has public enemy no 1 lists in their pockets with pictures and bios.

This kind of disingenuous **** is the worst.
