Log-in problem!

At home I have no problems with this forum! All is doing well.

But I can't log-in at work. After a time there comes an error "www.chopcountry.com/forums/login.php" doesn't exist.

Any idea where the problem can be?

But every other page is doing well, especially the sides they locked!

Suddenly I can log-in at work! But this forum is so slow here.
Need 1-2 minutes to open a site!

Will be a cookie problem. But my employer had clocked/stopped them, like some there sites (FB, all mail-providers, soccer-sites)
