I'd say definitely not. He's made the transition perfectly from Tony LaRussa and kept the the trend of success going. I don't think you can expect to go to the World Series every year or else it's a failure, unless you're the Yankees or Dodgers. Plus, his team didn't hit. I don't think you can pin that on him.

Horrible job in the postseason and turned around and tossed out that ****ty closer on the road bull****. Lost some respect for his abilities, but I think he is a young manager and will continue to grow. Better than Fredi already.
