Yean Gil should probably be moved up given he is a bit older and has been dominant up until his last start. Pete Perez has done very well in the pen and is probably ready for a higher level. Maybe Meneses too. The Braves tend not to promote young players like Victor Reyes mid-season when they are in their first full year of full-season ball.
