Waters, Maitan, and Encarnacion have just blitzed the GCL thus far. Hoping they get pushed before the year is done.

With the top prospects the last few years, the Braves have promoted them to Danville after about 100 at bats if they played well in the GCL. I imagine that's the plan for Maitan, Severino, Gutierrez and Waters.

Come on.

Maitan has 10 PAs.

Waters has a .740 OPS.

They are good prospects, but let's at least keep one foot grounded in reality.

I agree. They're all 4.5 WAR players in Atlanta in 2.5 years, but pump the brakes on 5 right now

Need to add today. But all three plus Yunior are off to encouraging starts. So if you would like to alter the adverb/verb, feel free.. not sure it is that big of a deal though..
 
Maitain's line today reminds me of the old Richie Hebner quote: "Happiness is going 2 for 5 and seeing your average go down."

What a player is doing on the back fields is more likely to determine whether or not he is promoted as opposed to what happens in games.
