Rome wins the Suspended game.. 4-2 final. Riley with an RBI double. he was 1-4.. his first hit was ruled and error today.
Bladimir Matos was strong to close it out.. going 2 innings with 2Ks, 1BB who was immediately doubled up..

There's that name I keep pointing out again - kid's a serious sleeper.

Agreed. He is still very young and if he can maintain his conditioning (they had to work on that with him as you likely know) that will only help his chances.

no doubt.. MLB at bat keeps buzzing my phone with updates.. But if Jenkins or Folty get the call, then I have reason to come back.. Blair/Folty/JT/Wisler will provide me some reasons to follow.

I was really hoping Bud was going to provide some value come June.. but I think he gets cut fairly soon.

last thing.. Why is Fredi platooning Mallex.. let him play..then send him down for a while.. Stubbs is a waste of air (he probably went 4 for 4).. but I still don't like him..
