#MyAce to the IL

His velocity has been down and he has not been as sharp the past few starts. Hopefully shutting down for a week or two will help

We all figured this was coming. It’s good news that it hopefully has nothing to do with his arm. It’s probably been nagging him for a while and he knew how important he was to the rotation and wouldn’t rest.

Yeah. Think this is to solve a dead arm not a twitching leg. Let’s just hope it is only a ‘dead’ arm and not really a dead arm.

Young Iain now our #Ace. FFS these injuries are unreal. Time to go with Anderson/Davidson/Muller/Weigel/Tomlin leggo! Oy

I don’t understand the fascination with Culberson on Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, etc. yes, he’s a fan favorite, but there’s a reason he was the 28th man on a 28-man roster. He wasn’t very good last year prior to his gruesome injury.

He wouldn’t have made the roster in a normal year with 25 (now 26) man rosters.

The same reason folks around here were insistent on giving Camargo "a chance"...they don't know any better.

Culberson had more of a use when pinch hitters were more necessary. With it looking increasingly likely that pitchers will never hit again, Culberson doesn't have much value.

2020 Gausman and 2019 Julio sure would look nice with tomahawks on their chests about right now, no?
