Such manufactured garbage. It was the beginning of the end when he instigated Harper after the Harris double play.
Good riddance
Plus I imagine we could do a lot worse than Arcia as a back up.Yes and he will be missed in the clubhouse. Even when he was not playing he would always be on that top wall cheering everyone on.
You already know. He'll probably get scooped up by some team and be terrible but somehow dominate against the Braves
Well this made me feel bad for saying good riddance
Great story. “Poppy” is his child.
Eh. There were so many players i got close to in the rookie leagues, but Alejandro Machado taught me a valuable lesson. They are human, and you may love the thought of them being on your favorite team, but in the end, the business prevails. Especially if you don't produce. It was time for Orlando to go, but yeah, it's bittersweet because he's a good guy.Well this made me feel bad for saying good riddance
Is Dansby actually the one we should have never let leave?SS is a big need at break if one is available.
I miss him. On his way to another 4 fWAR seasonIs Dansby actually the one we should have never let leave?
I really have to disagree there. Allen is the best defensive SS in baseball by a pretty significant margin. Who out there is available that would be an upgrade?SS is a big need at break if one is available.
Yall have much more confidence in Allen than me. He will have to play 140 games here, and he played 40 last year. He did play 100 in back-to-back years 3 and 4 years ago, but his defense wasn't close to this level. I think the workload is gonna wear on him (a tiny guy), and that defense will suffer. And his bat isn't playable if the D slipsI really have to disagree there. Allen is the best defensive SS in baseball by a pretty significant margin. And Freddie and Max. Although I think Dans would have been the hardest to keep.Is Dansby actually the one we should have never let leave?
Nah, I'm with you. I always look for players who have mediocre previous years to regress to the mean sooner rather than later. He's definitely playing over his head in relation to his career mean. I hope not. He's been somewhat of a surprise, but not otherworldly in my opinion.Yall have much more confidence in Allen than me. He will have to play 140 games here, and he played 40 last year.
