Paxton

Oh good, so he stopped illegal aliens? And wtf does anyone care about his election hoaxes? As you admit he lost. Besides that the impeachment charges are related to 2014 charges. Awfully smart of the Texas Republicans to indict him 2 years before Trump even ran for President to try to stop his failed election BS 6 years later. How does this make any sense.

What an embarrassment for the eGOP. These politicians knew that convicting with no crime was the end of their careers. MAGA runs the party now.

Most of the Trump sham trials are going to end up looking like this too. They'll all fall apart when picked apart item by item of the bogus allegations.

Paxton has done some shady stuff in the past but the evidence in this case was as bad as Trump's cases.

Except from you, unfortunately. You have some weird **** going on in your head that assigns all kinds of motives and beliefs to people and then try to highstep about the weirdest ****. Its a political trial. The vote was along party lines and you out here acting like its the most amazing own the libs moment in history. Let me see if I can get your crazy straight. Texas Republicans were so angry Paxton beat a Bush offspring for AG they impeached him but they cant vote to impeach him without a crime so they were all forced to vote no on conviction because MAGA would be mad at them. This is bat**** crazy logic dude. Every AG since like 1970 in Texas has gone on to be Governor. If its really that big of a deal Bush could just wait for Paxton to move on. Why you think so many Republicans in Texas are butt hurt that the Bush offspring lost to Paxton is beyond me. No doubt in your twisted mind the Bush offspring is some secret Epstein clone establishment GOP in Texas are desperate to get elected AG or else they will all be exposed as time traveling pedophile aliens from Venus.

If you knew anything about Libertarians you would know there is no such thing as a real Libertarian. I just find it interesting that Paxton is such a prick that he is mad that a county is using federal money to give money to poor people. If it was state tax money I could understand, but its federal money given to them. Them not spending it doesnt make it magically go back. I highly doubt Paxton has any say over how a county spends federal money. His issue specifically is that its being given to poor people. That is all separate from what my personal beliefs are. Personally I think taking government subsidies should come at the cost of giving up certain rights. Like the right to buy tobacco, lottery tickets, and alcohol. Possibly even the right to vote. We subsidize bad choices people make and it just leads to more people making those bad choices because they know big brother will take care of them.

Very weird situation in Texas as the state Supreme Court ruled Paxton doesnt have to get deposed in the lawsuit brought by whistleblowers in his office that he fired for ratting him out. He agreed to settle the lawsuit by apologizing and paying over 3 million in tax payer money. Except the state legislature refused to pay. They want to hear from the victims before deciding how much they will authorize. Paxton has not disputed the facts in the case and has agreed to any settlement amount because the money paid will be taxpayers money. Just a giant **** you to taxpayers.
