If we simply passed a law saying Congress can't trade individual stocks, then a lot of filth would be naturally deterred from ever running...

Unfortunately, we need Congress to pass that law.

There is no reason a Congress person should make $175k a year and be worth hundreds of millions.

The whole system is rotted

Mitch McConnell is worth 150 million while working a job that pays 200k a year for the past 40 years (for comparison, Nancys is worth 120)

they all should be in jail with all the others too

Just like you don't need to be a genius to realize that Trumpers will turn their blind eye to people on their side doing things.

Personally, it's corrupt and shouldn't be allowed. But the people pushing this are seemingly trying to kill the Chips Plus bill, which could be bad, but we need to stop China from producing superconductors.

Tommy Tuberville has been buying up Intel stock, Pete Session bought stock in Microsoft and NVIDIA, MTG bought Intel, Bob Gibbs just bought stock in Ford and is invested in Apple, could go on, but I don't care to.

The point is that everyone on the hill is doing it. Maybe we should pass a law to stop that.

I do not live in Pelosi's district and have no vote on whether she is or isnt in the House

There isnt enough hours in the day to weigh things where I have no say so
Unless it is Rand Paul -- then I make time
