Remember that Seal Who Said He Punched Jesse Ventura?

I can see where Ventura is coming from. Makes you wonder how much of this guys story is Bs.

Read that insurance or something was covering the lawsuit so the family won't lose a penny

I believe the Seal over Jesse the Body

I believe the Seal over Jesse the Body

There so much irony here that they had to bring it in with an eighteen-wheeler, but there was no one who could substantiate Kyle's story and I can't help but believe they looked high and low for anyone credible who could corroborate Kyle's angle.

The most hilarious part of this to me is that Jesse Ventura (not his real name--shocker, I know) built his entire career on fabrication (except for his disastrous stint as Governor here in our great state when he had to wade in the reality pool). He hid behind the "journalist" tag when he developed all these odd conspiracy theories and bad-mouthed boatloads of public officials in the process, so this result a pretty odd juxtaposition.

Bottom line: Don't tell lies.

Ventura lied about being in bar until it was proven. He's been nothing but a lying scumbag

I think Ventura is a crazy dude who spews nonsense. I just think there'd be at least one credible witness. Everyone has cameras now. Where's the video from a phone or the establishment?

There's not that many soliders who returned after deployment in afghsnistan and Iraq and publicly bragged about how many people they killed during Thier tour. there's him trying to get attention and affection. People like that brag and lie for attention.

8-2 Jury didn't.

I mean in the end everyone looks bad. The estate will be fine because they will make a killing on the movie. But yeah crazy ****.

A jury said OJ was innocent too....

People exaggerate stories all the time, so it's possible the story was fabricated. But I would take anyone's word of Ventura. As stated before, he isn't exactly the living embodiment of a trustworthy individual.

True but at the same time the dude has a right not to be slandered in public for something he MAY not have done.

Statements like that just prove how dumb you are. OJ was found innocent because of bad police work and the moronic gamble of the prosecution on the glove. OJ was found guilty in civil court. Given the defendant was a dead Navy SEAL. If they could have produced even a little credible evidence I don't think Ventura wins. He sold extra books I'm sure because of his tale and on interview admission that was Ventura.

Before you call others dumb, Oj was found innocent because he was black.

Didn't realize you were there.

Have you even followed the story? I doubt it. It was proven that Ventura was at the bar at the time of the alleged incident.

No one has specifically said if the incident occurred outside, in the bathroom, or in the center of the bar. In this case, the burden of proof was on a deceased man that could not tell his story in court. If there are no witnesses and no cameras, and one of the parties are dead; how is their proof?

The logic is soooooo dumb. If the argument is hearsay in a defammation suit where witnesses were present but couldn't corroborate the story, I would bet the jury rules in Ventura's favor the same way if the dude was alive or not

O.J. was found innocent because

How many of the unfavorable verdicts on blacks were handed down by predominately black juries? None.

You think Zimmerman would had walked free if his jury was 9 blacks-1 Hispanic and 2 whites like OJ's was? God no.
