I know this has been brought up in the game thread, but I think it warrants its own thread. To say the least, this is a very serious deal.

As mentioned in game thread- this will go away tomorrow- she’ll sober up and realize what’s at stake and drop all charges.
 
This season seems so cursed. Soroka. TDA, Ozuna, Smyly, ****ty bullpen.

Ozuna may not be welcomed back in the clubhouse (if convicted in the eyes of peers/media). Freeman is a family first guy, wonder how he reacts to this.
 
If it comes out he really did beat the **** out of his wife then they may terminate his contract.

I think that is among the possibilities. It is possible he has played his final game with the Braves. We'll just have to let the legal process play out and see what the MLB investigation finds.

Didn’t we get out of Olivera’s contract because he beat up some whore in Texas?
 
He has to come off the DL to take the suspension if he gets one so he could be out till way after the break
