Richie Tate's drug suspension ends; sent to Carolina

Richie Tate was a workhorse at Rome in 2014, 5-5,5 saves in 45 appearances. But during the off-season, he tested positive for a second time for a "drug of abuse" and began his suspension on opening day.

After a short training camp, he has been activated and assigned to pitching-thin Carolina.

Should have reassigned him to the big league team
