I didn't see the '66 show until syndication in the late '70s so Olan Soule from the first Filmation show and the Super Friends from H-B was my Batman until Conroy came along in '92 with TAS. The most endearing thing he did was give Bruce and Bats different voice tones and he pulled it off so masterfully that everyone who takes the role now tries to do it and fails miserably.
