And he gets the win in his debut. Like you point out, still only 20. It looks like the Braves signed him in 2017 and I don't think the sanctions were in place at that time seeing as they were announced in late 2017, but I don't recall seeing his name announced as a premier signing. Decent stats as a repeater in the Dominican Summer League in 2019.
