Medical marijuana prohibition is going down. Even Lionel Hutz could win this case. Unless they get a judge that is a heartless monster like Chris Christie this case can not be lost. I am not ruling out that they get some 93 year old judge that grew up in the heyday of reefer madness propoganda but thats the only thing that makes the verdict intriguing. That 29 states are currently using marijuana for medicine makes this like prosecuting a killer who confessed to the crime. Open and shut case.
If she wins then Marijuana will have to be removed from schedule 1 because that is reserved for drugs with no medicinal value whatsoever. Its already ridiculous that 29 states having legalized it hasnt caused that change yet but this is a federal lawsuit so this will cause it to get rescheduled lower.
