Shelby Miller appreciation thread

I think (and hope) Shelby has a fantastic year in Arizona! While we are working to rebuild, I'll be pulling (to a certain extent) for the Dbacks.

If not for them, we'd be really struggling.

Miller was one of the only reasons to watch the Braves last year. I truly hope he gets a ring with the DBacks.

easier to say goodbye to Miller.. Simmons was a fan favorite that was home grown... Miller just netted us a haul and we only had him a year..

We were in mourning and confusion then. Tonight we are elated. If you started a Simmons thread now you'd get a better response.

Put it in the trade thread, but I really enjoyed watching Miller pitch and wish him nothing but the best. It couldn't have been easy for him to lose games that he could have won with a little more run support and a little better bullpen (and a little more consistency from Fredi). But he never threw anyone under the bus or groused about the situation.

Miller is gonna be missed but he really stocked our farm and was a blast to watch pitch. He'll be even better in Arizona with Greinke to learn from.
