Zito I thought you dressed metrosexual anyways?
Ugh. I wish instead they'd tour Camden Yards, Philly, etc. I'm not a fan of Minny/KC at all. I prefer Retro-Classic to Retro-Modern. St. Louis is the only of that group that's Retro-classic. For those who want to know the retro classics are AT&T, Busch, Citi, CBP, Comerica, Coors, Camden Yards, PNC Park, Arlington, US Cellular, New Yankees stadium and Turner was also inspired. Now if you look at the list of best ballparks in america, most of those make the list (PNC is almost universally picked. What differentiates Retro-classic from retro-modern is typically the exterior Having looked at many stadiums if it was me I'd rather have the retro-classic, I think it's a way more attractive design.
Braves have chosen Populous to design their stadium. These guys are the real deal, and I'm excited to see what they come up with.
Populous seems to have designed just about every recent baseball stadium.
The one thing I wonder about still is parking. I looked tonight at Google Maps (while Tennessee was beating Alabama up on the court tonight) and took a closer look at the area. Doesn't seem like a lot of space for parking.
20 mlb ballparks lol
Thought I heard something about it being underground. I have no idea if that's true.
