Interesting op-ed arguing credibly accused creepy joe should pardon very poorly chosen one.

It makes the point that the documents in question have been recovered. I'm not so sure. It appears some were put on a plane to Bedminster. If very poorly chosen one and his lawyers make a good faith effort to account for any remaining documents, even at this late date I think a plea bargain or a pardon should be on the table. But "good faith" is a term of art. Jack Smith and his team would have to be satisfied that such an effort has been made.

It is worth noting that Chris Kise was one of two lawyers sitting with very poorly chosen one at his arraignment. The judge asked him if he was there on a temporary or permanent basis. And Kise said permanent. This is a hopeful sign. very poorly chosen one would have been well advised to have taken Kise's earlier advice to work with the DoJ in a cooperative manner rather than listening to the likes of Boris Epshteyn and Tom Fitton.

I’d hope move on but I doubt they are able.

For something that consumes so much of their day, it’s be shocking if they found something else that could include so much content
