What's ****ty about this is he could be facing years in prison if convicted of pushing that cop but the cop would likely not even get 1 day in jail if convicted of pushing him. Even if they charge the cop the DA will probably give him a sweetheart plea deal for probably disorderly conduct.

We should be careful about generalizing from one incident. But black people talk about the need to dress well to get the respect that white people get as due course. Looks like wearing a $3,000 suit is not always enough. Yes, there is something dare I say systemic that this little incident reveals.
