Court of Appeals Hears Junior Chandler Case

Back in the 80's there was a thing fueled by the fake news media that some call the "satanic panic. Many people were convinced by the fake news media that there were satanists hiding all around them abusing kids and sacrificing people in rituals. This led to numerous people being falsely convicted because people are programmed to believe that an arrested person is guilty. Most of these people have been exonerated but some like Andrew Chandler remain in prison despite overwhelming evidence of his innocence and undeniable proof that there was many false accusations against others. Some have already been put to death. One man whose Christmas decorations caught fire and burned super quickly barely escaped his house but his 2 young daughters died. He was put to death by the state because the Arson investigator said the burn marks on the ground looked like a Pentagram and he listened to heavy metal. So clearly he killed his daughters in a Satanic Ritual....... Years later they admit that the arson investigations were psuedo science and they were literally making it up based on vibes and hunches. Mr Chandler was the victim of Brady violations. He was provided summaries of interviews with the kids that didnt include the whole transcript because that transcript showed the kids denying any abuse and the cops pushing the kids into saying what they wanted to hear. The medical evidence used to prove abuse occurred has now been discredited. So much of the evidence has collapsed but somehow thats not enough evidence to overturn his conviction. The Judge actually said it wasnt material to the case. Considering his first trial ended in a mistrial I think that evidence would have been very important. The state cheated to get a conviction and its much harder to get a conviction thrown out than it is to just win in the first place. Pre-conviction the burden of proof is supposed to be on the state. Post conviction the burden of proof is on you. And no one is responsible for all the harm done. When the state puts an innocent man to death it doesnt show up on a crime report. There will never be an honest investigation into who broke the law to violate them. Whole lives ruined. But no one is responsible.
