Worst Brave ever?

Book is yet to be closed on BJ.

Uggla is a likeable guy who just sucks.

Melky was lol.

Boone actually was somewhat productive.

Reggie sucked.

Kolb was a nice guy that just had no mental toughness.

Growing in the 80's the Braves had many players to choose from. Andres Thomas would get my vote. Dude flat out sucked balls.

Darrel Chaney sticks out in my memory as an especially bad hitter who was a starting player for us.

But I'd go with Kolb. I felt sorry for the guy.

I remember when we traded for Kolb becoming concerned when I looked at his strikeout and walk rates. He had an ERA of 2.98 and xFIP of 4.20 for the Brewers in 2004. For us in 2005 he had an ERA of 5.93 and xFIP of 4.26. And the next year he went back to Milwaukee and put up an ERA of 4.84 and an xFIP of 4.89. I guess those three years qualify him as a poster child of sorts regarding the usefulness of ERA when evaluating pitchers, especially relief pitchers.

Garrett Anderson may not have been the worst but he may have been the one I liked the least.

Yea, we didn't call him Garrett "Two Step" Anderson for nothing. Wasn't that also the year we almost signed Ken Griffey Jr. but then signed GA after that didn't work out?

Most suckage? It's hard to argue with Kameron Loe, Dan Klob (yes, Klob), Reeksma, Reggie Sanders, Diory Hernandez, Raul Mondesi, Greg Norton, slumping Uggla, slumping BJ, Albie Lopez, Bob Wickman (I don't think he was that awful? Can't remember.), Paul Janish with the bat. I'm sure I'm forgetting a few.

Piss-poor attitude? Melky, Garrett Anderson

Goat? Lonnie Smith :emot-siren.gif.17:

All-out douche? Well, Rocker for starters

But really, there is no other answer than Jason Heyward because he doesn't love baseball.

Wickman behind the scenes told Bobby he wouldn't pitch unless it was a save situation.

Not surprising, I couldn't stand Wickman and hated that we got him in the first place. If not for him Huddy passes the 300 mark in wins a year earlier too. Wickman blew so many of Huddy's gems that it became almost expected.

Ah, Yunel. I don't regard Bobby as a perfect manager, but it raised my eye brows whenever he had issues with a player.

Wasn't Marquis an asshat too during his time here?

Yeah. Jason was a punk. Schafer (though it seems he learned to keep his mouth shut). Gonzalez. I hated his delivery.
