Vince McMahon sold out to the Saudis. I guess all the woman divas, inclusion and diversity is gone now

Vince made me give up wrestling years ago.

AEW is whaf brought me back.

AEW is now the #1 American Pro Wrestling Company.

Cena never worked the Saudi shows.

Sami will be out. Owens will be out.

The entire women's division will be out.
 
Vince will be a figurehead like Greg Norman is for LIV golf.

Saudis don't care if it's making money. They're buying into western entertainment to further whitewash.
 
This feels like a jump the shark moment for WWE. I don't expect Saudi to be very hands on with the company but just the stench of them owning it will drive business down imo. Vince was smart to sell at this time imo. WWE has been very slowly dieing, I think this will speed it up.
 
It has actually picked up since he stepped down which may explain the sale?

Actually, HHH and Steph have improved the product. And the ratings have been improved.

But Vince is pushing 80. And the rumors are Steph and HHH leaked the sexual misconduct stuff to push him out.

Shane got out. This was like the show Succession.

Vince still had majority of the controlling and voting shares. His class B shares have like 5 times the voting power of the regular shares open to the public.

Only the McMahons can obtain class B shares. But I think Linda sold most of hers. And Shane sold his years ago. Steph still has some but Vince had the most of them.

Nah. Vince has been prepping to sell for the last years. The Saudi shows have apparently been a test run. He hired Nick Khan (the rock's former agent) to help facilitate this.
 
The cool thing is WWE could now feature decapitations. During one of my trips to Riyadh I came out of a meeting and found a large crowd gathered at a plaza. I asked my hosts about it and they explained to me it was the weekly public execution. Man with large sword chopping off bad men's heads. Always attracts a crowd of spectators.

I don't doubt it has improved. Vince was/is the problem. He isn't a wrestling genius like some make him out to be. When I say the company is dieing I mean the live events attendance and show ratings have been trending downwards for a long time. They make almost all their money from selling media rights.
