And then in November he promised to outspend Joe Biden... then he lost, and signed ANOTHER $900B to send checks to people to sit at home

I can't help that people spend their money on stupid things but wouldn't you say that purchases of any order are good for a economy?

I'm just wondering why you would pin inflation on Trump when it was really all the tack on issuances when the country was unnecessarily shut down that caused most of this along with the insistence on peeling back our future domestic energy production. To go along with wars that we started with Russia as well.

As a continued policy prescription of course it isn't. When aggregate demand craters because of an external factor having nothing to do with markets then you need a bridge till when things normalize.

One of the many things Trump has been right about is the need and opportunity to bring unions into play. There is no policy reason that they should be bottoms for the Democratic party. They've sort of been left out of the blue collar recalibration that flipped the South red. I've never understood why, other than corrupt leaders.
