Judge tosses the lawsuit against the FBI by vault clients and days the FBI did nothing wrong. Yet another hoax by the people who continuously fall for fake news. It was obvious to everyone else. What judge in this world gives authorization to search but specifically bars civil asset forfeiture. Never seen it and I am all over the civil asset forfeiture

Whether the FBI did anything illegal, lied, or misled the Judge to get the warrants. All of which was rejected. I dont expect any of you to own up to falling for this hoax. I know better than that. You will just double down like always no matter how wrong you are.

Once again proving you are a glue sniffer. I was mocking the way you people act. I am a big supporter of the Institute for Justice. Take note that the Judge threw out the search warrants for the boxes not ruled against civil asset forfeiture of the contents. I am glad they won.

It's not my fault you sniff glue sticks dude. If the search warrant is ruled invalid then of course there can be no civil asset forfeiture of items they couldn't access without the warrant. Why do I have to explain every minute common sense detail to you so you don't come here passing off your lack of comprehension as a gotcha moment .

He is the Republican establishment. What you are doing is just making an excuse for why some Republicans criticize him. He has more influence over the Republican party as a while than anyone has on either side of the major parties. Joe Biden is less of the Democratic establishment than Trump is the Republican establishment. All Trump did was name "establishment" guys to positions when he became President. Chairman of RNC as Chief of Staff. Jeff Sessions as AG. Moscow Mitch's wife to Trans secretary. Hired the lawyer who gave Epstein his sweetheart deal. Took hiring advice from Chris Christie. In 2012 Trump was endorsing Romney instead of Mr. Anti-establishment Ron Paul.

A federal court jury awarded a total of $83.3 million in damages to E. Jean Carroll for defamatory comments Donald Trump made about her as president in 2019, remarks attacking her character that kicked off years of threats and harassment from the former president’s supporters. Most of the award involved $65 million in punitive damages after jurors concluded that Trump acted spitefully and wantonly towards Carroll after she accused him of sexually assaulting her in the 1990s. Jurors also awarded a combined $18.3 million in compensatory damages. Trump won the Republican presidential primary in New Hampshire earlier this week. He also recently won the Iowa caucuses, even as he faces multiple lawsuits and four criminal indictments.

Today’s ruling may not be the end of the story, according to Andy McCarthy, a former assistant U.S. attorney in the Southern District.

“In theory, if [Donald Trump] continues to repeat what he said, she can continue to sue him, and seek more millions [in] damages,” McCarthy said on Fox News.
