He may have actually learned something from this. This statement by him actually contains no new defamatory statements he can be sued for. He can cry about it all he wants, that's legal, he can't keep attacking the woman he sexually assaulted without new defamation lawsuits. He must have a really bad his lawyers review this statement before posting.

All of Trump's supposed defamation was calling her a liar and calling her crazy. Opinions of that sort are not defamation and in this case both insults can be easily proven.

Just wait until you find out Trump doesnt even have the ability to appeal because he hired an incompetent lawyer who thinks she can fake being smart and theres no such thing as an incompetent lawyer appeal of a civil case. But like you always do you will claim Trumps bad legal decisions is the court system being biased against him.

Theres virtually nothing you can say about national politician thats going to be defamatory. Notice no one was sued for calling Obama a Muslim or being born in Nigeria. The a jury already ruled it was more likely than not that he did sexually assault her so its a moot point. Maybe if someone accuses you of sexual assault dont say in a deposition that you could do it and get away with it "unfortunately, or fortunately".

Well this will easily be settled with time. Either there will be an appeal or there wont be. I cant say 100% there wont be but I think theres only a very small likelihood he could get an appeal. However I will admit I was wrong if Trump gets an appeal. I doubt you will do the same if there isnt an appeal granted. You will just deflect like you always do.
