I doubt Trump gets 4B out of the deal. He is in a lock up period and won't liquidiate either way. Maybe he pockets 1-2B while holding some ownership still.

The polls were inaccurate from 2016-2020 for the reaons I always said and the final results compared to the polls showed that to be correct.
 
I know this is a bold idea, but maybe, Hunter was bluffing? Its hardly a crime by Joe if Hunter is out there threatening people like that.

Well when you understand why the polls were inaccurate (later proven to be so) you would know why they are more accurate now.
