GDT: Guardians @ Braves 4/26

I remember when Maddux fan number two posted on Brave Center that the Red Sox made a Faustian bargain with Keith Foulke to help them win the World Series in 2004. And he went on to say that most teams have to make a similar bargain to win the World Series.

That was a very solid win against a very solid team.
Sale was solid !
Arcia and Riley on D were solid !
Minter was solid too-
Rock hard impermeable: Ozuna and Arcia and Harris….. like usual.
Lack of bitching about the manager was solid too.
Matzek was also solid, but ….more like more solid than liquid poop…. Hopefully he can figure it out pretty soon- I like he was used in a zero leverage situation and given a short leash so it didn’t become a higher leverage situation….
 
Matzek has k9 over 10 and bb9 in the 2s. His babip is .375. I'm certainly not sold he will be back, but I think patience is ok considering he's bottom of the pen
 
Another easy win. Still feels like the offense is struggling yet here we are still averaging right under 6 runs per game.

Coming back from injury I think we need to wait and see if he can rebound in the second half. Looking like an easy decline for both him and Bummer for their options this offseason at this point though. Might not have a choice but to give Minter whatever he wants to come back.
